During the pre-opening period, I’m currently accepting the following commission types:･Emotes / Stickers
—First emote: $15 USD (+$10 USD for each additional emote)･Full-body Chibi Illustrations
—First chibi: $15 USD (+$10 USD for each additional chibi)･Full-body Character Illustrations
— $30 USD (Complex Background: +$10 USD and up)Final pricing may vary depending on the commission details.

◇Estimated Delivery Time◇
･Emotes / Stickers: approximately 1 month

About the Pre-Opening

The official launch of my commission service is planned for Winter 2026.

Until then, I’m accepting a small number of commissions as part of a pre-opening period while I refine my workflow and commission service.This pre-opening serves as a trial phase, allowing me to improve my workflow, pricing structure, and overall commission process through real client experience before the official launch.Any artwork completed during the pre-opening will remain subject to the terms and conditions agreed upon at the time of your commission. Future updates to my commission policies will not affect previously completed commissions.Please note that my workflow, pricing, commission options, and policies may be adjusted before the official opening as I continue refining the service.Feedback and suggestions are always welcome! Pre-Opening Rules

During the pre-opening period, I’m using a slightly different workflow while refining my commission process before the official launch.

◇Payment◇
For the pre-opening period, completed artwork will be delivered first. A PayPal invoice will be sent afterward.This payment flow is part of the pre-opening trial as I continue refining my commission workflow.

◇Cancellation◇
You may cancel your commission before the sketch has been approved.Once the sketch has been approved, cancellations are no longer accepted.

◇Handling of WIP Images◇Sketches, work-in-progress images, and completed artwork may not be provided to any third party for editing, modification, completion, or additional work.The use of any commission artwork—including sketches and work-in-progress images—for AI training, image generation, machine learning, or dataset creation is strictly prohibited.←Back to About the Pre-Opening

◇Copyright◇
･Copyright remains with the artist unless otherwise agreed in writing (including written messages).･Purchasing a commission does not transfer copyright ownership.･Copyright transfer requests will be considered separately on a case-by-case basis.

◇Permitted Uses◇
Unless otherwise agreed in writing (including written messages)  clients may:･Use the artwork on social media.
･Use the artwork as profile pictures, banners, or channel assets.
･Use the artwork for livestreams, videos, and monetized content.
･Use the artwork in promotional materials related to their personal activities.
･Create and sell personal merchandise using the commissioned artwork, provided such use does not violate these terms.If you are unsure whether a specific use is permitted, please ask before proceeding.

◇Portfolio & Public Display◇
･With the client’s permission, completed works may be displayed on social media, portfolios, websites, artbooks, or future promotional materials.
･Publicly displayed versions may be resized, cropped, or watermarked.

◇Fan Works & Derivative Characters◇
･Fanart commissions are only accepted when the rights holder explicitly permits commissioned or monetized fan works.
･Both the client and the artist must be able to verify the relevant guidelines if requested.
･Commissions involving third-party intellectual property may be declined if the legal status is unclear.

◇Prohibited Uses◇
The following uses are prohibited:
･AI training, machine learning, or dataset generation.
･Redistribution or resale of the original artwork files.
･Claiming authorship of the artwork.
･Selling the artwork itself as stock material, downloadable assets, or reusable design resources.
･Removing artist credit when credit has been requested.
･Use in connection with criminal activity.
･Use that promotes hatred, discrimination, harassment, or violence against individuals or groups.
･Use that violates applicable laws or public order.

Violation of these terms may result in permission being revoked and/or refusal of future commissions.For uses not covered by these terms, please contact the artist in advance.

プレオープン期間について

正式なコミッションの受付開始は、2026年冬頃を予定しております。

現在は、サービス内容や制作フローの改善・調整を目的として、プレオープン期間として少数のコミッションを試験的に受け付けています。このプレオープンは、実際のご依頼を通してワークフローや料金体系、運営方針などを見直し、正式オープン時により良いサービスをご提供するための試験運用期間です。プレオープン期間中に納品した作品につきましては、ご依頼時にご案内した利用条件がそのまま適用されます。正式オープン後に、すでに納品済みの作品に対して不利益となるような規約変更を行うことはありません。なお、プレオープン期間中は、制作フロー・規約・料金・提供内容などが正式オープン時に一部変更となる場合があります。正式オープンに向けた改善のため、ご意見・ご感想・フィードバックも随時歓迎しております。プレオープン期間中のルールについて

プレオープン期間中は、正式オープンに向けた試験運用として、通常とは異なる制作フローを採用しています。

◇お支払いについて◇
プレオープン期間中は、完成作品を先に納品し、その後PayPalにて請求書をお送りします。これは、正式オープンに向けたワークフローの検証・改善を目的とした試験運用です。

◇キャンセルについて◇
ラフ確定前まではキャンセルが可能です。ラフ確定後のキャンセルはお受けできません。

◇制作データの取り扱いについて◇ラフ、制作途中の画像、および完成作品を第三者へ持ち込み、制作・加筆・改変等を依頼する行為を禁止します。また、ラフ・制作途中の画像・完成作品をAI学習、画像生成、機械学習、データセット作成等へ利用することを禁止します。←プレオープン期間について に戻る

◇著作権について◇
・著作権は、書面またはメッセージ等による別途の合意がない限り、制作者に帰属します。・コミッション料金のお支払いによって著作権が譲渡されることはありません。・著作権譲渡をご希望の場合は、別途ご相談ください。

◇ご利用いただけること◇
書面またはメッセージ等による別途の合意がない限り、依頼者様は以下の利用を行うことができます。・SNSでの利用
・アイコン、ヘッダー等での利用
・動画サムネイルでの利用
・配信活動での利用
・収益化された動画・配信での利用
・個人活動に関する告知・広報での利用
・本規約に反しない範囲でのグッズ制作および販売利用可否が不明な場合は、事前にご相談ください。

◇実績公開について◇
・依頼者様の同意をいただいた場合、完成作品をSNS、ポートフォリオ、Webサイト、同人誌、その他実績資料へ掲載する場合があります。・公開時にはサイズ変更、トリミング、ウォーターマークの追加等を行う場合があります。

◇二次創作作品について◇
・二次創作作品のご依頼は、権利元がコミッションまたは収益化を明確に許可している場合に限りお受けいたします。・必要に応じて、依頼者様および制作者の双方がガイドラインを確認できることを条件とします。・権利関係が不明確な場合、ご依頼をお断りする場合があります。

◇禁止事項◇
以下の利用を禁止します。・AI学習、機械学習、データセット作成への利用
・元データの再配布、再販売
・自作発言
・作品そのものを素材として販売・配布する行為
・制作者名の削除（表記をお願いした場合）
・犯罪行為への利用
・特定の個人または集団への差別、憎悪、嫌がらせ、暴力行為を助長する利用
・法令または公序良俗に反する利用

本規約に違反した利用が確認された場合、利用許可の取り消しや、今後のご依頼をお断りする場合があります。本規約に記載のない用途については、事前にご相談ください。
